As an alternative to entering a password to access your Care at Home mobile application, you can set up a PIN to access your Care at Home account to speed up your login process without the need to enter your password.

To set up a PIN:

  1. Login to your Care at Home app,

  2. From your home screen, tap on your photo (or the graphic photo icon placeholder) at the top left corner to open your Profile.

  3. From the Profile screen, tap on “Preferences”.

  4. On the next screen tap on “Biometry and Passcode” to access the selection screen.

  5. On the selection screen check the box for “Use Passcode”,

  6. Then enter a numerical 4-digit PIN, then confirm that 4-digit PIN, then tap “Save”. (Write down your 4-digit PIN and save in a secure place.)

  7. Tap the back arrow to return to the home screen.

On your next log in, you will see a PIN entry keyboard which you can use to access your Care at Home account by entering your 4-digit PIN instead of your password.

Note: If you dismiss your PIN keyboard, you can recall it by tapping on the PIN icon to the right of the password field on your Care at Home login screen.
