The native settings on your smartphone can allow your Care at Home app to be automatically updated whenever there is a new version or update made to your mobile application.
If, after reviewing any of the articles in the Knowledge base, any function in your Care at Home application does not seem to be operating as expected, you can safely uninstall and reinstall your Care at Home mobile app. This will ensure, that regardless of your smartphone’s native settings, you will have the most up-to-date version of Care at Home from Lifeguard™.
To do so:

first, uninstall the Care at Home app on your smartphone.

Then go to the App Store (Apple iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android) search for Care at Home from Lifeguard™,

then download and install the app.

(follow prompts in the App Store or Google Play to download and install the Care at Home application.)
Downloading and re-installing Care at Home will ensure that you have the latest version of the application on your smartphone. Once installed, tap on the Care at Home icon and then, using the same email address and password, log in to your Care at Home app. All of your Care at Home account information will be restored to your smartphone upon re-installation.
Note: if you are in a Provider Directed Care Program that is “co-branded” (featuring the name of your provider), you will still search the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store by searching for ”Care at Home from Lifeguard™. Once the Care at Home app is re-installed, if you are in a co-branded program, your Care at Home app will revert to your Provider’s co-branded name after your first login.
Remember to simply use the same email address and password as previously used for your Care at Home app. Your Care at Home will then be able to access all of your previous account information and repopulate data previously recorded and saved in your Care at Home account.
