If you ever need to reset your Password for your Care at Home, follow these steps:

  1. Tap on your Care at Home icon on your smartphone to open your login screen.

  2. Tap the “Forgot your password” link under the “Log In” button,

  3. then follow the prompts that step you through the process:

    1. (check your email – including your spam folder – for an email from Lifeguard Health Networks (email: “no-reply@lifeguardmobile.com”) (Note: Lifeguard Health Networks is the owner of the Care at Home from Lifeguard™ brand.)

    2. open your email message and tap on the link in the body of the message to access the password reset screen.

    3. On the Password reset screen enter your new password,

    4. then confirm your new password,

    5. then tap Submit.

Return to your Care at Home app and log in with your new password. Please note that you will have a limited time window (90 minutes) to complete the password reset process.

Note: As an alternative to using a password to access your account, consider setting up Biometrics (facial recognition or fingerprint) or a PIN to access your Care at Home account. For more details search the Knowledge base for “Biometrics” and “PIN”.
