Care at Home currently operates on mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) running iOS (Apple) or Android operating systems.  To find more specific information, log in to your Care at Home mobile app, and from your home screen tap on your photo (or a graphic photo icon placeholder) at the top left of the screen to open your Profile. In Profile, tap on “Help”, then tap on “Supported Platforms and OS” to access more details.

For Consumers who want to use Care at Home for self-care, (or for people who have been invited by another person to support them in a Circle of Care using their own Care at Home mobile app) Care at Home can be downloaded and installed from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android phones). For Patients (and Proxies supporting a patient) in a Care at Home Program from a Care at Home Provider for Directed Care (as well as other people whom a Patient invites to support them in their Circle of Care in a Program): you should download and install Care at Home following the directions you receive in an invitation from your Care at Home Provider via email (with the sender’s name: “Care at Home”) with guidance on how to register, download and install Care at Home on your smartphone for your Program.
