You can delete your account from within your Care at Home app. To do so, log in to Care at Home and tap on your photo (or the photo icon place holder) in the upper left of your home screen to access your Profile.  On your Profile screen, tap on “Edit” and scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Delete Account”. This will open a pop-up window that gives you the option to confirm or cancel your request to delete your account.  If you tap on “Confirm”, YOUR CARE AT HOME ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED.  (If you tap “Cancel” on the pop up window, you will return to the previous screen.)

WARNING: Be aware that a deleted Care at Home account cannot be recovered!

If you want to save information from your Care at Home account, BEFORE YOUR DELETE, you may share your documents (if any) that are stored in Care at Home, as well as data you have reported in Care at Home, by sending your documents and/or your data to your own, or another person’s, email address.

  1. To access your documents, scroll to the bottom of your home screen and tap on the Guidance icon.

    1. If you have any documents in Guidance, you can tap a document to open the document view.

    2. From the document view you can tap on the share icon at the top right of the screen.

    3. Follow the prompts presented on your smartphone (e.g., select email) to share.

    4. To complete the sharing process follow the steps presented to you. Note that you will be sending the document outside the security of Care at Home.

    5. You will need to follow this process for each document you wish to share.

  2. To access to view and then share your reported data, scroll to the bottom of your home screen and tap on the large Progress icon.

    1. On the next screen, tap on the share icon at the top right of the screen and select the data types that you wish to share by tapping on the checkmarks.

    2. Select the date range under the “Duration” heading.

    3. Then enter your own email address of the email address of the person with whom you wish to share your data.

    4. Tap “Send” in the upper right of your screen.

    5. To complete the process, you will need to confirm that you wish to send this data outside the security of Care at Home via email by tapping “Send” on a pop up window.
