Once you have installed Care at Home on your smartphone, simply tap on the Care at Home icon on your phone to open the log in screen. On the log in screen, enter the email address you used to establish your Care at Home account and enter the password you created. Then tap “Log In” to access the home screen to your Care at Home app.
Note: You can check (or uncheck) the “Remember me” box at any time. When you check the box, your email address (only) will be recalled the next time you open the login screen.
