Access in-app tutorials to learn how to use features in Care at Home

To access Care at Home in-app tutorials:

1. Log in to your Care at Home app.

2. From the home screen, tap on your photo (or the graphic photo icon placeholder) at the top left corner to open your Profile.

3. From the Profile screen, tap on “Tutorials” to gain access to step-by-step tutorials that will provide guidance on how to access and use certain functions in the Care at Home mobile application.

4. Tap on any of the subjects under the headings – Actions, Features or Videos – that you wish to review.

5. Then simply follow the prompts presented (beginning by tapping on “Exit From Tutorials” pop up) and tap on each highlighted area to follow each step to continue the process for the subject you selected.
