If you have been authorized and have accepted an invitation to be a member of another person’s Circle of Care, you can access that other Members’ account from your own Care at Home account. To do so:

  1. Log in to your Care at Home account.

  2. The Circle of Care header needs to be set in expanded view (tap “expand” in the header as needed) on your home screen to review the account(s) you’ve been authorized to support.

  3. Tap in the name panel for the patient you are supporting to access their account. (If you have permission and you simply want to record actions on behalf of the patient, from the expanded Circle of Care section of your home screen, you can tap on the Check In icon on the right side of the name panel and go directly to the patient’s care plan to record their actions.) NOTE: If the Check in icon does not display, you have not been granted access to record on behalf of that Member.

Set up Caregiver View: If you have a Care at Home account that you use primarily as a Circle of Care Member to support other Member(s) and do not use Care at Home for your own care, you can set your home screen to more quickly view the other Member(s)’ account(s). To do so:

  1. Log in to your Care at Home account

  2. Tap on “Member View” in the upper right corner of your home screen. This will reset the default view of your Care at Home to the “Caregiver View”. From this view you can access all other Member’s in your Circle of Care, to view and manage their account as you have been permissioned by each individual Member in your Circle of Care. The Caregiver View will now be the default view for your Care at Home account upon future log ins.

You can toggle back and forth to reset the default view between Member View and Caregiver View at any time to support your most convenient use of the Care at Home app.
