You can create a Circle of Care – people who you authorize and invite to participate in supporting you using their own Care at Home account. You can invite your trusted family and friends as caregivers to join Care at Home to participate and become part of your support network.
Note: if you are a Proxy for a person whom you support (a Dependent) using your own Care at Home mobile app, you can also invite others to support you, as Co-managers, using their own Care at Home app, in supporting the Dependent person.
To establish a Circle of Care:

Log in to your Care at Home app.

From your home screen, immediately under the “Circle of Care” heading (be sure that the heading is “expanded”) tap on “Add Member”.

On the pop up window, tap “Add New Member”.

On the next screen, enter the email address of the person you wish to invite to your Circle of Care. (If the invitation is being sent to someone who already has a Care at Home account, the email address to which you send the invitation MUST be the same email address that the invitee already has for their existing Care at Home account, otherwise a new account will be established based on the new email for use by the receiver of the invitation.)
[As an alternative to manually entering the intended recipient’s email address, you may also search for an email address by accessing your contact list, native to your smartphone, by tapping on the phone book icon at the far right of the email address panel at the top of the screen. If you allowed all requested permissions when your first installed Care at Home, permission to access your contact list has been granted.]

Grant Permissions: Then under the “Permissions” heading make your selections by tapping on the checkmark for each of the elements for which you wish to give access to the new member of your Circle of Care. (Note that if the checkmark circle is solid (no outline), with a white checkmark, the new member will be denied permission to access that element; if the checkmark circle is outlined with a white center, with the darker check inside, the new member will have permission to access that element of your Care at Home Account.)

Send Invite: When you have finished making your selections, tap “Send” in the upper right corner of the screen to complete the invitation process. The newly invited person will receive an email from sender: Care at Home (email: no-reply@lifeguardmobile.com”), which will offer an invitation to register their own Care at Home Account that, when completed, will include the permissions to access only the elements you selected, to support you (or if you are a Proxy, the Dependent) using their own Care at Home mobile app.
Your Circle of Care: After your newly invited Circle of Care Member has successfully completed their own registration, you will see that newly invited person listed in your Circle of Care. The new Member will also see you in their Circle of Care upon their first login. Their Circle of Care is where they will be able to access the elements of your Care at Home account, for which you have granted permission, to support you using their Care at Home app. You can invite as many members as you wish to your Circle of Care, each with their own unique set of permissions, to support you via their own Care at Home app.
